It is with saddened hearts that the family of the late William Ross Reid Jr. of King's Point, NL, announces his passing on January 31, 2024 at the Health Science Centre, St. John's NL, aged 70 years.

Ross Jr. leaves to remember with fond and loving  memories; his loving wife of 47 years, Gloria Reid; son, Jesse Reid (Alyssa); daughters, Krista (Craig) Holmes,  & Chastity (Jonathan) Rowsell; grandchildren,  Isaiah Rowsell, Jaxon Rowsell, & Kylee Reid; father, William Ross Reid Sr.; Ross had 3 special grand fur baby dogs,  Prince, Zola & Bella; as well as 14 fur baby cats who will miss his special cuddles; brother, Denzil (Betty-Jean) Reid; sisters, Diane Reid-Ryan, Beverly Reid, & Heather (Peter) Hillier; as well as a large circle of extended family of brothers and sisters-in-law and friends.

Ross is predeceased by his mother, Margaret Reid; step-mother, Marjorie Thomas Reid; grandparents, Loderick & Deborah Reid, Andrew & Georgina Gardner; daughter-in-law, Denika Reid (Jesse's wife).

In keeping with the family request there will be no public visitation.

A private Celebration of Life Service take place from King of Kings Pentecostal Church, King's Point, NL, on Wednesday February 7, 2024 at 1pm with Pastor Keith Lane officiating.

The interment will follow at the Pentecostal Cemetery, King's Point, NL.
