It is with  sadness that the family of the late William "Duke" Croucher, age 67, of Beaumont, NL announces his passing from the Green Bay Health Care Centre, Springdale, on Tuesday, December 22, 2020.

On September 27, 1953, William Duke Croucher was born to Sidney and Clementine Croucher of Beaumont, NL. He was known as Duke to his family and friends. Duke was one of eleven children, four boys and seven girls.

Duke loved to go on his regular drives around town and to especially visit his home town of Beaumont, when he had the opportunity. He would also love to drop in to buy an ice cream on those journeys. Outside of these adventures, he would love to spend time with his family and listen to music.

He is predeceased by his parents Sidney and Clementine Croucher; brothers Junior Croucher (infant), Mack Croucher; sister Marie Rideout.

Duke leaves to mourn his brother Richard Croucher; sisters Marion Thoms, Frances Croucher, Sheila Freitag, Donna (Clayton) Burton, Abbie (Harry) Harding, Velma Stanley; home support workers Perry, Paul; many nieces and nephews, as well as other extended family and friends.

The Celebration of Life service took place at The United Church Cemetery, Beaumont, NL with Harry Harding officiating. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Elaine M. Rideout and Harry Oxford of Green Bay Funeral Home, Springdale.
