It is with sadness that the family of the late Salomie Jean Bishop announces her passing at the Valley Vista Seniors Home, Springdale, NL aged 86 years.

Salomie leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her daughter, Louise (Chesley); grandson, Matthew; sister, Bessie Bishop; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Salomie is predeceased by her husband, Joseph; parents, Hezekiah & Florence Burton.

The public visitation will take place Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at 2:00 PM - 4:00 pm and 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM from Redemption Pentecostal Church, Port Anson, NL.

The funeral service will take place Thursday, February 13, 2025 at 1:00 PM from Redemption Pentecostal Church, Port Anson, NL, with Pastor Ben Brown officiating.

The interment will follow at the Pentecostal Cemetery, Port Anson, NL.

As expressions of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Pentecostal Church Memorial Fund, Port Anson, NL.
