It is with sadness that the family of the late Ross Ivan Winsor, age 78 of Triton, NL announces his passing at the Green Bay Health Care Centre, Springdale, on Saturday, February 15, 2020.

Ross Ivan Winsor was born December 9, 1941 to Aldolphus and Blanche Winsor of Triton, NL. At the   age of 16 he went to work in the Lumber Woods until he was 58 years old, when he retired. After his retirement from the Lumber Woods, Ross worked at Kippen's Ridge Farm.

As a young man he met and later married the love of his life Doreen Bridger of Brighton on September 23, 1966. After they married they moved to Triton where they raised two daughters, Paula and Andrea.

His favorite hobbies were growing vegetables in his garden and berry picking.

Ross will forever be remembered in our hearts.

He is predeceased by his parents Aldolphus and Blanche Winsor; brothers Clarence Winsor, Mervin Winsor, Bruce Winsor; sisters Phyllis Stewart, Beryl Roberts, Idella Noseworthy, Rose Winsor.

He left indelible memories for his family and friends to cherish forever. Ross leaves to mourn his, wife Doreen Winsor; daughters Paula Vincent; Andrea (Desmond) Fudge; grandchildren Victoria Butt, Dylan Vincent, Jeremy Vincent, Kristen Colbourne;  great-grandchildren Laci Budgell, Brody Budgell, Addisyn Butt; brothers Roderick (Linda) Winsor, Robert Winsor, Clayton (Thelma) Winsor; sister Lillian Tucker; nieces and nephews, as well as other family members and friends.

The Celebration of Life service was held from Green Bay Funeral Home, Springdale, on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at 2:00 pm. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Elaine M. Rideout and Harry Oxford of Green Bay Funeral Home, Springdale.
