It is with saddened hearts that the family of the late Ronald Ford James Colbourne of Springdale, NL, age 89, announces his passing on January 21, 2025 at Springdale Retirement Living.

Ron leaves to remember with fond and loving  memories; son Chadwick (Jena); daughters Penny and Jennifer and eleven grandchildren; his companion of the last four years Tonya Janes; brother Junior (Betty); sisters Margaret (Tony) Wordingham, Fern (Ron) Jewer, Melvina (Robert) Braye; sisters-in-law Hilda Clarke, Flossie Colbourne, Bonnie Colbourne and Ruby Thomas.

Ron is predeceased by his parents Alpheaus & Winnifred; brothers Obediah (Joyce), Jack (Vona), Alwin, Wilburt, Archibald, and Lenny; sisters Ethel, Georgina (Ralph) Whiteway, Susan (Ralph) Whiteway

The funeral service will be held from Green Bay Funeral Home, on Thursday January 30, 2025  at 1 pm with Major Gerald Lacey officiating. Interment will be at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Robert's Arm, NL.
