It is with sadness that the family of the late Robert "Bob" John Lush, age 69 of Triton, NL announces his passing from the Valley Vista Senior Citizens Complex, Springdale, NL on Monday, January 30, 2017.

Robert Lush was born on August 18, 1947 to George & Emma Lush. He married Marie Thomas on September 20, 1975. Together they had one Daughter Bobbie.

Bob worked in the Lumber Woods in his earlier years and later worked at Fishery Products International as a fork lift operator. He enjoyed fishing and hunting but spent most of his time caring for Bobbie, his handicapped child.

He is predeceased by his parents George and Emma Lush; wife Marie Lush; daughter Bobbie Lush.

Bob leaves to mourn his special friend ("Angel") Joyce Tucker; sisters Hazel Fudge, Ruby Hibbs; brother Warren (Barbara) Lush; Aunt Ena Vincent; nephews Pernell, Preston & Matthew; co-workers Brenda Smeaton, June Wells, Roxanne Roberts; along with a large number of relatives and friends.

The Service of Tribute was held from the Salvation Army Citadel, Triton, NL on Friday, February 03, 2017 at 2:00 pm with Captains Steven and Lynette Barrett officiating. Interment was at the Triton Evergreen Cemetery, Triton, NL. Pallbearers were nephew Preston Fudge; cousins Patricia Roberts, Yvette Penney; friends Winston Tucker, Lawrence Budgell, Todd Oake; co-workers Glen Winsor, Lloyd Mayo. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Bill Weeks, Elaine M. Rideout and Harry Oxford of Green Bay Funeral Home, Springdale, NL.
