It is with saddened hearts that the family of the late Nellie Wiseman of Springdale, NL,  announces her passing at the Valley Vista Seniors Home , Springdale, NL, aged 93 years

Nellie leaves to remember with fond and loving memories; sons, Bruce Wiseman (Margie) and Claude Wiseman; daughters, Pearl (Jerry) Tizzard, Christine (Wilfred) Burton, Maxine (Wayne) Spencer, Stella Coombs (Cecil Pinston), and Wanda (John) Welshman; son-in-law, Pleeman Rideout; 20 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Nellie is predeceased by her husband, Baxter Wiseman; daughters, Betty Wiseman, Shirley Wiseman and Catherine Rideout; parents,Clarence & Rowena Roberts; brothers, Raymond (Jeanette) Roberts, Fred Roberts, Arthur Hibbs, Jim Roberts, and William Roberts; sister, Marie (Pearce) Pelley.

The public visitation will take place Monday, February 5, 2024 at 2-4 pm from Green Bay Funeral Home, 145 Cpl. Bouzane Blvd, Springdale, NL.

The Celebration of Life Service will be held from Springdale Pentecostal Church, on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at 1 pm with Pastor Lindsey Foster officiating.

The interment will follow at the Pentecostal Cemetery, Springdale, NL.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Green Bay Funeral Home, Springdale, NL.
