Molly Ruth
Burton
Apr 19, 1961 — Jul 8, 2020
Triton, NL
Molly loved warm sunny days, and it is on this warm sunny day that the family announce with the great sadness, the passing of Molly Ruth Burton (nee Rideout), age 59, of Triton, NL from her residence in Robert's Arm on Wednesday, July 8, 2020.
Molly Ruth Rideout was born on April 19, 1961 in Triton, to Jobe and Effie Rideout. She was one of seven children - three boys and four girls. She grew up in Triton where she was well known to everyone.
It's difficult to describe in words, all that Molly was to her family, only to say she meant the world to them. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother to three grandchildren, and partner. Molly was fun-loving, warm-hearted, outgoing, hardworking, talented, forgiving, independent, giving, and understanding; all these titles truly describe who she was.
Molly was a classy dresser, who loved to shop, listen to music and dance. She enjoyed spending time with her siblings. She was easy to have a conversation with, without being judgmental. She was physically strong, who became a truck driver, but had the gentle smile of an angel.
She is predeceased by her father Jobe Rideout; brother Tony Rideout; sister Ronnie-Delane Rideout.
Molly left indelible memories for her family and friends to cherish forever. Molly leaves to mourn her, mother Effie Rideout; daughter Debbie Burton (Corey Flynn); grandchildren Justin Burton, Codie Burton; Mackenzie Burton; partner Terry Anthony; sisters Menetta Croucher (Herman Rideout), Lisa (Ricky) Fudge; brothers Stedman (Leila) Rideout, Myles Rideout; nieces and nephews, as well as other family members and friends.
The Celebration of Life Service was held from the Triton Community Cemetery, Triton, on Friday, July 10, 2020 at 12:00 pm with Major Glenn Bridger officiating. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Elaine M. Rideout and Harry Oxford of Green Bay Funeral Home, Springdale.
