Passed peacefully away at the Valley Vista Seniors Home, Springdale, NL, Mrs. Margaret Boyde, aged 88 years.

Margaret leaves to mourn with loving memories her son, Wade (Audrey); daughters, Diane (Randy), & Darlene; brothers, Don (Maxine), Bruce (Judy); sisters, Elsie (Ken), Linda (Herb); 5 grandchildren, whom she dearly loved, 3 great-grandchildren; as well as a large number of family and friends, especially Roxann, Bertha, & Hazel.

Margaret was born in Pilley's Island on October 15, 1935 to Hayward and Elizabeth Giles. It was here that she grew up, got married to Bram and had her three children. Margaret was an active member of the Salvation Army Church, especially in the Home League.
In 1973, they moved to Burin where she worked in the fish plant until she retired. In later years, Margaret was diagnosed with Dementia and in 2013 she moved into Valley Vista where she remained until she passed on November 23, 2023.

The visitation will take place Friday, November 24, 2023 at 7-9 pm from Green Bay Funeral Home, 145 Cpl. S. Bouzane Blvd, Springdale, NL

The funeral service will take place Saturday, November 25, 2023 at 1pm from Green Bay Funeral Home, 145 Cpl. S. Bouzane Blvd, Springdale, NL.
