Lucy Tucker
1925 - 2013

It was with sadness that the family of the late Lucy Tucker, age 87, of King''s Point, announces her passing on January 16, 2013.

Lucy was born June 4, 1925 to Henry & Wilhelmina May of Indian Burying Place. Later in life she met and married Ralph Tucker of Manfield''s Point on February 19, 1947. Together they had one daughter Ruby. Lucy spent all her life as a housewife. She enjoyed farming, working, and helping at her husband''s sawmill. She loved knitting, cooking, and entertaining company. She was a lover of animals especially her dog and cat. She loved and enjoyed her five grandkids.

Lucy is predeceased by her husband Ralph; mother Wilhelmina; father Henry; five brothers: Harvey Earl, Stanley John, Aubrey George, William Ronald, Kenneth Lloyd; and three sisters: Annie Prole, Hilda Bath and Dora Lilly May. She leaves to mourn one brother Harold (Golda); sister-in-law Evelyn; daughter Ruby (Harvey); five grandchildren: David (Dianne), Betty (Shawn), Karen (Morris), Dianne (Tony), Darrell (Laiza); fourteen great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; special nephew Donald May; and nine nieces and nephews.

The funeral service was held from United Church, King''s Point on January 19, 2013, officiated by Rev. Sharon Earle-Marshall with interment at Interfaith Cemetery, King''s Point. The pallbearers were her great-grandchildren: Christopher, Jennifer, andWendy Andrews,Drake Noble, Kyla Wells, and Cassidy England.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Gail, Harry, and Allison of Green Bay Funeral Home, Springdale.
