On May 14th, 1992 Keith and Jacqueline Fudge were blessed by God with the precious gift of Lucas. His arrival was greatly anticipated by his big brother Adam.

Lucas dearly loved his family and friends who were a vital part of his life. He had a smile that could light up the room and a laugh that was contagious. His sense of humour was the source of many smiles and much laughter. His easy going, kind hearted, and gentle nature was appreciated by all who were blessed to have known him.

Lucas had a great appreciation for the beauty of nature and God's creation. He was never happier than when he was standing in the river, casting for that next big salmon, out on the water jigging for codfish, or tramping through the bush hunting for moose. And oh how he loved his boil ups.

He was loved so much by his family and his friends, more than words could ever express.

Lucas passed away on July 30, 2016 in Fort McMurray, Alberta.

He is predeceased by his grandfather Frank Denney; uncle Calvin Fudge; cousin Melody Fudge.

Lucas leaves to remember and mourn his loving parents Keith and Jacqueline Fudge; brother Adam (Catherine) Fudge; grandparents Roy and Mable Fudge, Emmeline Denney; uncles George (Trudy), Woodrow (Marilyn), Wayne (Jane), Ray (Marjorie), Willie (Mona), Paul, Tony (Heather), Rick (Lisa), Michael (Paula); aunts Jasmine (Barry) Cull, Lorraine (Clarey) Roberts; cousins Shane (Cathy), Serena (Preston), Sheridan (Tracey), Johnathan (June), Rebecca, Blair (Sabrina), Byron, Mark, Mindy (Adam), Nathan (Lisa), Adrianne, Hilary, Jessie, Daniel, Tyler (Amie), Morgan, Bailey, Brooke, Chloe, Emmelie, as well as other relatives and many friends.

The Home Going Celebration Service was held from Bethel Pentecostal Church, Hawke's, NL on Sunday, August 07, 2016 at 1:00 pm with Pastor Eugene Gillett officiating. Interment was at the Pentecostal Cemetery, River of Ponds, NL. Cross bearer was friend Karla Aye. Pallbearers were his friends Jake Ryan, Cody Baines, Niki Dobbin, Mark Kelly, Kirk House, Kyle Offrey. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Bill Weeks, Elaine M. Rideout and Harry Oxford of Green Bay Funeral Home, Springdale, NL.
