It is with sad hearts, yet with a shout of Victory, that the family of the late Lillian Frances Roberts of Triton, announces her Promotion to Glory. Lillian was promoted from this earth to Glory on Thursday, June 6, 2019 from her residence, at the age of 81 years.

"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith." 2 Timothy 4:7

Lillian was born on March 5, 1938 in Triton, NL to parents Annie and Andrew Roberts. Lillian married the love of her life Ralph, on March 30, 1959.

Together, Ralph and Lillian raised five children. They were blessed with five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She deeply loved and cared for all of her family and felt an unwavering sense of pride in them all.

Lillian was a generous, fun loving, very quieted spirited lady, who loved life and enjoyed the company of her family.

Generosity, unconditional love, determination, strength, and loyalty are just some of the many attributes Lillian possessed throughout her remarkable life. She leaves behind a lasting legacy of enduring faith and deep love, which will provide lasting comfort to us all.

Lillian passed peacefully away on June 6, 2019 surrounded by her family here in Triton.

She will be forever remembered in our hearts!

She was welcomed by Her Lord, to join her loved ones who predeceased her.

Lillian was predeceased and welcomed Home by her loving husband Ralph Roberts; parents Andrew and Annie Roberts; sister Shirley Roberts; parents-in-law Pleman and Dorothy Roberts; niece Rosalind Tatchell.

She leaves to remember the wonderful life that she lived, her daughters Lucy (Everett) Brown, Tammy (Kevin) Fudge, Laura (Philip) Simms; sons Jimmy (Ida) Roberts, Richard (Lorie) Roberts; sisters Violet Locke, Patsy (Glosson) Rowsell; brothers Brenton (Phyllis) Roberts, Roy (Pauline) Roberts; grandchildren Dythia Brown (Robert Brown), Kayla Brown (Chris Rice), Brandon Roberts (Kelsey Andrews), Neila Roberts (Alex Bouzane), McKenna Simms; great-grandchildren Koby Rice, Koden Rice, Layla Bouzane, Matt Bouzane, Cayden Andrews, as well as other family members and friends.

Lillian was loved by everyone who knew her and will be greatly missed by all, especially by the people of Triton.

The Celebration of Life Service took place from the Salvation Army Citadel, Triton, on Sunday, June 9, 2019 at 2:00 pm with Majors Terry and Roxann Feltham officiating, assisted by Major Frank Pittman. Interment was at The Salvation Army Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers were granddaughter McKenna Simms; great-grandson Koby Rice. Pallbearers were sons Jimmy Roberts, Richard Roberts; grandchildren Dythia Brown, Kayla Brown, Brandon Roberts, Neila Roberts. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Elaine M. Rideout and Harry Oxford of Green Bay Funeral Home, Springdale.
