It is with deep sorrow that the family of the late Leonard Dobbin announces his passing at the Green Bay Health Centre, Springdale, NL, on August 28th, 2026, aged 70 years.

Leonard, commonly referred to as "Len" was a community man, with a kind, caring and generous heart; whose life was defined by his love for his family, his community, and the people around him. For 30 years, Len proudly served as a custodian at the Holy Trinity Private school, in Richmond, Ontario. Len became familiar and was a valued part of the school community. His friendly nature, willing to lend a hand, and genuine care for others, left many lasting impressions on everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. Len was a true community person, who was the kind of man people could count on. If someone needed a helping hand with a project, big or small; Len was always willing to step forward. He gave his time freely, and never hesitated to help someone who needed it. Above all, family was everything to Len, he treasured his loved ones and every opportunity he spent time with them. His love for his family was evident in the way he cared for them, supported them, and valued the time they shared. Len will be remembered for his kind heart, helping hands, and the warmth he brought to the lives of others.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories; are his Wife Nancy, step-daughter Wendy (Kyle) Drew, Grandson Brady. Siblings; Margurite, Bert (Colleen), Irene (John), Carrie, Jackie (Kevin), Juanita (Freeman), Sherry (Larry), Shawn (Kathy), Gail (John), Edna (Ted), and Elaine (Gerard). Brother in Law Steven (Nicole) Sister in Laws, Roberta, Darlene (Ken), Debbie, and Sandra. As well as a large number of nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents; John and Elizabeth. In keeping with Leonard's wishes, cremation has taken place.
