It is with great sadness that the family of the late Kevin Bond Dicks, age 63, of South Brook, NL announces his passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Care Centre, on July 13, 2017.

On August 06, 1953 Kevin Bond Dicks was born in Springdale, Newfoundland to William and Chrissie Dicks. Kevin was one of two children.

Kevin worked as a delivery man with Purolator for many years. He was a caring, hard working, loving, and quiet individual.

He enjoyed and had a great love for many things in life. He enjoyed the outdoors, loved his family deeply, and had a passion to play various musical instruments such as the guitar, organ, and accordion. Up until his health failed him, he would spend hours playing musical instruments and listening to music.

Predeceased by parents William and Chrissie Dicks.

Kevin leaves to mourn his son Travis Pittman; daughter Debbie Littles; sister Verlie (Robert) Smith; nieces Dana Pieters, Heather Smith, Amanda Smith; great nephew Ryan; Homecare Worker Kimberley Mouland, as well as other family members and friends.

He will be truly missed by all who knew him.

The Celebration of Life Service was held from Green Bay Funeral Home, Springdale, on Monday, July 17, 2017 at 2:00 pm with Pastor Kerry Northcotte officiating. Inurnment was at the South Brook Pentecostal Cemetery, South Brook. The urn bearer was niece Amanda Smith. Arrangements were entrusted to Elaine M. Rideout and Harry Oxford of Green Bay Funeral Home, Springdale, NL.
