It is with great sadness that the family of the late Judy Karen Cosmano (nee Burton) of Springdale, NL, age 53, announces her passing, on Sunday, October 02, 2016 at Green Bay Health Care Centre, Springdale, NL.
Judy Karen was born on September 05, 1963 in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL.
The outdoors/nature was created by the God of the universe, which she truly loved. She not only loved His handiwork but she thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the great outdoors, admiring His beautiful created surroundings.
Judy had a strong faith in God and she was open to share her faith and expressed it boldly and joyfully to others. She loved to sing and worship. Judy enjoyed life to the fullest, even when life was difficult for her. She never let much negativity get her down. Judy looked at living with simplicity and happiness. Smiling came naturally to her because love flowed from her heart to everyone.
She loved dolphins since childhood, even up to the time of her death. Her family and friends were important and meaningful to her. Judy also had a family of teddy bears that she dearly cherished. She loved to cook and entertain all her friends and have a laugh with them.
Anyone she met she would give them seven kisses on both checks, because she believed seven was God's number. Her life's struggles are now over and she has entered her "Beautiful Heavenly Home".
Judy is predeceased by her infant daughter Elaine.
She leaves to mourn parents Joan and Ernest Burton; husband Richard Cosmano; sons Michael Callahan (Carla Constable), Mitchell Fudge, Maurice Fudge; daughter Maja Callahan (Doug Steward); grandchildren Serenity, Caspian, Trinity; sister Holly Burton; brothers Patrick Burton, Dion Burton, Todd Burton, Rocky (Catherine) Burton, Johnny (Laura) Burton; special sister Patsy Blackler; as well as many other family members and friends.
