It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of the late Joan Robinson at the Valley Vista Senior's Complex, Springdale, NL aged 73 years.

Joan took great pride in her love for cooking & baking (& she was the best at both). She worked as a cook for many years until retiring at the age of 63. Even after retiring, she loved to cook & bake for her family & friends.

Joan leaves to mourn with fond & loving memories her daughters, Beverly (Dennis), Stephanie; sons, Truman, Bandy (Sonya); brothers, Ivan (Verna), Wayne (Brenda), Andre (Tina); sisters, Evelyn (Greg), Marilyn (Brian), Donna (Lorne), Glenda (Eric), Brenda (Elmo), Audra (Perry); grandchildren, Gavin (Tiffany), Cody (Maya), Sabrina, Stephan; great-grandchildren, Takara, Bentley, Zane, Spencer B., Aaliyah, Wyatt, Spencer K., Rosaline Henry; plus a large circle of nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.

Joan is predeceased by her parents, Charles & Jessie Butt; sister, Verna Bouzane; brother, Gordon Butt; nephew, Jeremy Butt; & husband, Harlen Robinson.

The family would like to thank the staff of the Valley Vista Senior's Complex for the exceptional care that was give to her in her final days. Thank you all so much, we will always be grateful.

In keeping with Joan's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no services at this time.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
