Henry Sheen 1943 - 2012

It was with sadness that the family of the late Henry Sheen of South Brook, announces his passing on August 8, 2012. Henry was an only child born to Anna-Marie and Henry Sheen on August 26, 1943. He was born and raised in Winnipeg. He became a born again Christian in his late 30s. On August 31, 2011 he moved to South Brook. At first he was not content, but after Christmas his sickness continued to grow worse and with the care and support of community health, he realized that the move was for his benefit. His prayer was not so much to be healed as it was to "go home" to be with the Lord.

Henry was predeceased by his parents. He leaves to mourn his wife, Marilyn; step-son, Ken; brother-in-law, Wayne; grandchildren, Justine and Kyle; step-mother-in-law, Dorothy and several other relatives and friends.

The funeral service was held from Pentecostal Church, South Brook on August 12, 2012, officiated by Pastor Kerry Northcotte with interment following at South Brook Pentecostal Cemetery. The pallbearers were Wayne, Ken & Dwight Fifield, Joe Burton, Dawson Heath, and Brenda Burton.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Gail (Noel) Hancock and Harry Oxford of Green Bay Funeral Home, Springdale.
