It is with sadness that the family of the late Goldine Doherty of Robert''s Arm, announce her passing on December 22, 2009, at the age of 53, after a courageous battle with cancer. Goldine loved life and especially enjoyed spending time at Tim Horton''s with family and friends. She leaves to mourn husband Willy, daughters Dawn and Amy, grandchildren Cassidy, Jonathon, Sara, parents Carl & Shirley Oake, brothers Aubrey, Raymond, Terry, Elvis, Todd, sisters Doreen, Susan, Michelle, Lorraine, Connie, Lisa and their families, as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends. Lieutenant Tina Dominaux conducted the memorial service on Monday, December 28, 2009 from the Salvation Army Citadel, Robert''s Arm. Goldine''s brother Elvis was the urn bearer. Inurnment followed at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Robert''s Arm. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Gail Noel and Leander Hewlett of Green Bay Funeral Home, Springdale.
