It is with saddened hearts that the  family and friends of the late Glenda Burton, age 62, announces her passing on September 23, 2025 in Sudbury, ON.

Glenda leaves with fond and loving memories her daughter Monica; granddaughters Mamie-Lynn and Mavery; brother Martin as well as a large circle of family and friends.

Glenda is predeceased by her parents Mamie & Melcome Burton, grandparents Dulcie & Elijah Burton who she lovingly called Poppy and Mommy; sister Gloria.

Glenda committed her life to God and became a devout Christian. She would often post her favorite scripture and religious quotations on social media to share with her friends.  She would always end her posts with " Every Day is a Blessing "or  "I'm safely tucked in God's Pocket".  Glenda loved to spend time outside in God's beautiful creation. She thoroughly enjoyed fishing, hunting, hiking and quad excursions with her friends.

In keeping with her wishes cremation has taken place.

Glenda will be laid to rest in the Pentecostal Cemetery at South Brook, NL at a later date.

By her request attendance will be by invitation.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Green Bay Funeral Home, Springdale, NL.
