It is with great sadness that the family of the late Garfield "Ged" G. Noseworthy of Rattling Brook, NL age 91, announces his passing, on Tuesday, June 06, 2017 at the Valley Vista Senior Citizens Complex, Springdale, NL.

Garfield "Ged" is predeceased by his wife Elizabeth Noseworthy; parents Frederick and Lucretia Noseworthy; brother Warrick Noseworthy; sisters Mary Rideout, Muriel Noble, Ivy Noseworthy; parents-in-law Roland and Fanny Rideout; brothers-in-law Stanley Rideout, Frederick Rideout, Herbert Rideout, James Rideout, John Rideout, Reginald Rideout, Bert Rideout; sisters-in-law Irene Kelly, Sophie Ryan.

Left with fond and loving memories are his sons Warrick (Sophie) Noseworthy, George Noseworthy (Roxanne), Jim (Krista) Noseworthy, Reginald (Christine) Noseworthy; grandchildren Michelle, Marlene, Wendy, Hailey, Susan, Gregory, Pauline, Janice, Jennie; great-grandchildren Shauna, Sammy, Lance, Faith, Austin, Cody, Jaren, Jake, Jania, Lisa; brothers Pierce Noseworthy, Raymond Noseworthy; as well as many other family members and friends.

The Home Going service was held from King of Kings Pentecostal Church, King's Point, on Friday, June 9, 2017 at 2:00 pm with Pastor Murdock Pittman officiating. Interment was at the Interfaith Community Cemetery, King's Point, NL. Honorary Pallbearers were granddaughters Wendy Noseworthy, Hailey Noseworthy. Pallbearers were sons Warrick Noseworthy, George Noseworthy, Jim Noseworthy, Reginald Noseworthy.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Bill Weeks, Elaine M. Rideout, and Harry Oxford of Green Bay Funeral Home, Springdale, NL.
