It is with saddened hearts that the family of the late Ernest Locke of Springdale, NL, originally from Little Bay Islands, NL age 91, announces his passing on Friday November 22, 2024 at the Valley Vista Seniors Home.

Ernest leaves to remember with fond and loving memories; brother David (Pearl) Locke; sister-in-law Rowena Locke; brother-in-law Melvin Burden; special niece Janice (Rocky) Oxford as well as a large circle of extended family and friends.

Ernest is predeceased by his parents Joseph & Ida Locke; brothers James, George, Claude and Edward; sisters Evelyn Locke, Marie Locke, Dulcie Burden and Jessie Locke.

The funeral service will be held from Green Bay Funeral Home, Springdale, NL on Tuesday November 26 at 1:30 pm with Pastor Blair Flynn officiating.  Interment at the Pentecostal Cemetery, Cherry Cres, Springdale, NL.
