It is with sadness that the family of the late David Wilfred Wells Jr., age 73 of Springdale, NL announces his passing from the Central NL Regional Hospital, Grand Falls-Windsor, on Monday, March 9, 2020. David Wilfred Wells Jr. was born to David Sr. and Mary Grace Wells on September 8, 1946; he was one of thirteen children.

He will forever be remembered by the way he made others laugh and smile. No matter where he went he has always managed to make others have a memorable time. David was always a positive character no matter what obstacle course came his way, he always found a way to overcome it, and somehow always managed to make others laugh with his jokes.

David was always an outdoors person, loved to go for walks, and blueberry picking. David loved to travel and experience new places. He was always a hands-on man when it came to mechanic work. Always enjoyed motorcycles the most especially Harley Davidson. He will always be remembered by his family and friends.

He is predeceased by his parents David Sr. and Mary Grace Wells; brothers Clifford Wells, Clarence Wells, Pleaman Wells, Simon Wells, John Wells; sister Irene Wells Baker.

David leaves to mourn his sons Jamie Wells, Thomas Wells; daughters Bonnie Wells, Crystal Wells, Tammy Wells, Amanda Wells, Creastine Wells, Susan Wells; grandchildren Travin Wells, Savannah Ries, Brianna Wells, Benjamin Wells, Alex Dicks, Charlie Wells, Alyssa Wells; brothers Derrick Wells, Boyce (Mavis) Wells, Austin Wells; sisters Violet (Ian) Greer, Hilda Wells, Jessie (Maurice) Sullivan; sisters-in-law Shirley Wells, Annie Wells, Ellen Wells, Anne Wells;  nieces and nephews, as well as other family members and friends.
