It is with sadness that the family of the late Colin Strickland announce his passing on November 11, 2009, at the age of 61. He was predeceased by parents Herbert and Rowena, Brother Harold, Nephew Leroy, brothers-in-law Cyril Fifield and Arch Inder. Leaving to mourn are sisters Pearl Fifield, Melvine Inder, brothers Roy (Mabel), Ronald (Blanche), Hubert (Evelyn), and Claude, 25 nieces and nephews, as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends. Rev. Joan Brinston, assisted by Capt. Brad Oxford conducted the funeral service from the Salvation Citadel, Pilley��s Island. Interment followed at the United Church Cemetery Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Gail Noel and Leander Hewlett of Green Bay Funeral Home, Springdale.
