It is with great sadness that the family of the late Alma Margaret Randell, age 78, of Robert''s Arm, NL announces her passing at the Valley Vista Senior Citizens Home, on Monday, February 02, 2015.

Alma Randell, formerly of Englee, NL but now of Robert''s Arm, NL. She was born November 10, 1936 in Harbour Deep, NL to Lot and Julia Ann Ropson. She married Peter Randell from Williamsport, NL and together they raised three children, Joan, Maureen and Terry. In 1965 they moved their family to Englee, NL.

Alma was a stay at home mom. She loved music, as a result of her love for music she learned to play the piano accordion, organ and homincord and she used her gifting to be a church musician for many years. Alma also loved to knit and knit many items for various people.

In 1990 they took up residence in Robert''s Arm, NL. Due to ill health she became a resident of the Valley Vista Senior''s Home, Springdale, NL in 2014, where she remained until her passing.

She leaves to mourn her three children, 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 1 great great-grandson, one sister, one brother and a number of other relatives and friends.

The Home Going service was held from the Word of Life Tabernacle, Robert''s Arm, NL on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 2:00 pm with Pastor Bill Harnum officiating. Interment was at the Pentecostal Cemetery, Robert''s Arm, NL. Pallbearers were Ron Young, Leander Hewlett, Bob Ryan, Clarence Short, Rex Short, and Lawrence Heath. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Chris Morgan, Elaine M. Rideout and Harry Oxford of Green Bay Funeral Home, Springdale, NL
