It is with saddened hearts that the family of the late Lloyd Burton of Port Anson, NL, age 85, announces his passing on October 1, 2025 at the Green Bay Health Centre, Springdale, NL.

Lloyd leaves to remember with fond and loving memories; his wife Glenys;  3 children Peggy (Kelly Hatcher),Wayne (Angela), Dino (Kyrsta); step-children Dawn (Ben) Wellman, Tilden Oxford, Celeste (Nevin) Robinson; grandchildren Danny (Sophi) Morey, Shane Lethbridge, Nathan Burton (Clint), Joey (Jessica) Burton, Victoria Hatcher, Brooke Velma Burton, Emily Burton; great-grandchildren Landyn Morey, Josiah Morey, Ellie-Anna Morey, Jace Burton; step-grandchildren Devin Wellman, Deidra Ference (Dustin), Jessica Robinson, Jordan Robinson (Michelle), Logan Robinson  (Jordyn), Theodore Lush; step-great-grandchidren Atlas Taylor, Dallas Ference, Delilah Ference, Olive-Belle Robinson, Scottie Robinson, Avery Robinson; 6 brothers-in-law with spouses; 1 sister-in-law and spouse, 1 sister-in-law.

Lloyd is predeceased by his first wife Velma Burton; parents Frederick & Minnie; parents-in-law Emily & Titus Morey; brothers Pearce (Mary) and Hayward (Elisabeth); 3 brothers-in-law; 1 sister-in-law.

Visitation will be at Port Anson Pentecostal Church, Port Anson, NL on Friday October 3, 2025. 2-4PM and 7-9PM.

The funeral service will be held from Port Anson Pentecostal Church, on Sunday October 5, 2025 at 1PM with Pastor Ben Brown officiating. Interment will be at the Port Anson Pentecostal Cemetery, Port Anson, NL.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Green Bay Funeral Home, Springdale ,NL.
