It is with profound sadness that the family of the late Alex Truman Croucher of Beaumont, NL announce his sudden passing at the age of 72 at home on Thursday, December 14, 2017 after a lengthy battle with COPD.

He is predeceased by his parents Eber and Daisy Croucher; brother Albert Croucher; sister Iris Hawkins.

Alex will be missed by his loving wife Susan Croucher; daughter Andrea (Paul) Rideout; granddaughter Julianna Rideout; brother Edward (Bettylou) Croucher; a circle of nieces and nephews; and many other family and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

As per his request cremation has already taken place. There will be no public visitation or service.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to The Lung Association.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Elaine M. Rideout and Harry Oxford of Green Bay Funeral Home, Springdale, NL.
